Ken is a woodworker + prototyper at Sean Woolsey Studio, hailing from outside of Tokyo Japan. Ken has a wide knowledge base, and continues to learn and sharpen his skills as a woodworker. He has made cabinets, chairs, solid wood doors, lights, dressers, pool tables, and everything in between. Ken smoothly flows between the CNC to all the tools in the shop always with a smile on his face. He loves hamburgers, surfing and road-trips.

What book has had the biggest impact on you, and what did you learn from it?Not a book but a Japanese magazine. It introduced all cool houses and stores in California. I became interested in California's culture and interiors when I saw those books. California style and Casa Brutus
Who is your biggest role model and why?My older brother. He doesn't give up things easily and achieves goals even if he chooses the toughest road.

If you met yourself 10 years from now, what advice would you hope they followed? Be creative and go to new places to have inspiration and excitement
If you had 100% confidence, what would you do? Teaching easy woodworking(to be safe) or some craft to kids
